Does the monthly fee for the CSI Works "Advanced Fees" app cover only one Clover device, or can it be used on multiple devices (e.g., 4–6 devices) without additional charges?

Answer

The Advanced Fees Management App is priced at $10.15 per month per Merchant ID, not per device.

• If multiple Clover devices (e.g., 4, 5, or 6 devices) are associated with the same Merchant Account / Merchant ID, the app requires only one subscription charge.
• You can install and use the app on unlimited devices under that single Merchant ID at no extra cost.
• A separate charge applies only if you have multiple distinct Merchant IDs (e.g., different business locations or separate merchant accounts).

Short version (ideal for quick reference): One flat fee month per Merchant ID → unlimited devices under that Merchant ID.

Example Scenarios

• Single location, 5 Clover Mini/Flex/Station devices → all under one Merchant ID → 1 × $ monthly fee
• Two separate businesses/locations, each with 3 devices → two different Merchant IDs → 2 × $ monthly fee
• Franchise or multi-store setup with separate merchant accounts → charge per Merchant ID

• The app supports unlimited usage across all eligible Clover devices linked to the subscribed Merchant ID.
