BOGO to Keep triggering vs BOGO once per transaction

Products Discussed: Mix or Match or Combo.

Merchant Thrift Store: We've setup BOGO discount using your Mix Or Match app andIf I ring up 4 books at .49, it discounts 1 book to 100% off and the other 3 are full price. See screenshots below. 
This should be 2 full price and 2 free. Can you let me know what I need to correct on this?

CSI Works Support Team: Yes, the way you are setting up that BoGo it will only trigger one time per transaction. Here is a video showing how to setup BOGO differently so it triggers more than once per transaction.
