I am owner of Korean Restaurant in Utah. I have a Clover POS. Recently,
my scanner broke and I bought same scanner Honeywell MK3780-61A38 Fusion
MS3780 barcode reader. But it can’t read the first “2”.
Can you recommend reliable scanner works for my POS?

Yes Clover only supports two barcode scanners and Honeywell MK3780-61A38 is not one that Clover supports.
