Cash Discount App Considerations when working with Variable Price or Per Unit Items
Product(s) Discussed: Variable Price Barcode Parser, Cash Discount App
Agent: We've setup a brand new merchant on Clover using your Variable Price Barcode Parser. Merchant also happens to have a Cash Discount app.
When we scan the item from the printed barcode on the label that comes from label printing scale we get a different price than what is on the label.
Any suggestions?
CSI Works Support: Yes since your Cash Discount app is activating and increases the price of variable price item when you scan it you will need to address it in one of two ways. One have your cash discount app ignore Variable Price Items. Or Adjust price on scale accordingly.
