Two methods to redeem digital coupons from Altria's marlboro.com on Clover POS
Products Discussed: Digital Coupons by Altria (Marlboro.com) via Cloud CRM, Tobacco Scan Data Reporting
Use Case: When customers come into the store to redeem the coupon from Marlboro.com,
there are two ways that a coupon can be redeemed on Clover POS system.
Before redeming coupons first verify that coupon was issued to be claimed in your store.
The two methods of redemtion of coupoons on Clover POS are as follows:
1. Redeem in register app via floating icon which needs to be initially setup.When its time merchant would click on the coupon icon (if floating icon was initially started)
Second method is while in payment screen locate and press Scan Digital Coupon Button in Other tenders as shown in image below
Click on Altria ODA Coupon | Scan the coupon from the customer's screen. |
