How to resolve Altria's notification: "Your Scan Data File(s) has not been Received"

Step To Resolution: Login to CSI Works Scan Data Dashboard via Clover.com to check on file status.

CSI Works Tobacco Scan Data sends a file to Altria on Tuesday morning, weekly. Before the file is transmitted, it is validated same as Altria validation rules. If there are any errors with the data they will be shown on CSI Works Tobacco Scan Data reporting dashboard for that file. Therefore in most cases merchant can locate the file, correct any validation errors and resend it to Altria.

In this case Unit of Measure Missing is the reason why Altria rejected the file, and is now notifying merchant that file is missing.
Merchant can click on Item ID and fill out Unit of measure and then resend file.
