Use Case: Hi, we are convenience store and looking for consumer loyalty solution. We already are doing Altria Loyalty and Reynolds Loyalty for our tobacco vendors. CSI Works is our provider for that. Now we are looking to run our own loyalty program for our customers for initiatives outside of tobacco scan data loyalty programs. Is this something you can help with? We see cloud CRM prints coupons, but can it provide digital loyalty program?
CSI Works Support Team: Yes, in fact we partnered up with company called Guardoe so that Cloud CRM the single app that you already utilize for Age Verification, Altria and Reynolds Loyalty Program can be utilized to setup up your in-store loyalty program and Guardoe comes in as an alternative to printing a coupon on the receipt paper. Instead consumers have an app and account of their own with your store and their coupon already created. all they have to do is activate it. Next time consumers come with their phone and coupon inside their account in Guardoe app and you can simply scan it in Clover Register app.
