Is Kilotech Le3K scale compatible with clover pos?

Merchant Meat Shop: Hello, we recently purchased our Clover credit cart machine and installed Variable Price Barcode. We operate a meat shop and use a Kilotech Le3K scale.
I have the item added to inventory and a 6 digit product code, however,
when I scan the barcode, the clover machine is telling me to set up a
new inventory item. The item options are limited to a fixed price and
include the 12 digit barcode numbers.
Yes the scale and label is good, I was able to set it up and use it.
