ISO Agent: I have a question for one of our merchants who is using the Negative Tender app with their Clover. They use the Negative Tender app for lottery payouts and at end of the Sales Overview Report the total $$ of lottery payments are listed under Cash Adjustments, but there is no breakdown in transactions or orders, meaning they can't find out when the transactions happened?

As an example....in a day they pay out a total of $100 in lottery payments (broken down $10, $30, $40, and $20).  They see the total paid out under lottery in cash adjustment but have no way of finding the individual transactions of $10, $30, $40, and $20.  Can those be accounted for on Clover or in some report on your app?


CSI Works Support: Clover does not have the breakdown report you are looking for in their reporting. But we do have it in our Negative Tender App.
Your merchant should be able to open Negative Tender app and run additional payout reports inside the app. Here is a video how to do it.
