They're using a Clover Mini at the counter and a Flex for mobile sales. Before subscribing to the Unit Tare app, they need to confirm whether their devices are supported and what scale is required.

Answer
The Unit Tare app is compatible with most Clover POS devices, but not with Clover Flex or Clover Mobile models. Additionally, it is only compatible with the CAS SW-RS scale (also known as SW-20), which is the only scale that physically integrates with Clover POS to support tare functionality.
