Altria agent informed me they did not recieve my files for a while, what could be the issue? How do I solve it?

Tobacco Shop Merchant: I got a call from my Altria Rep letting me know that Altria has not been receiving data from my account for a while. Can you help me figure out what is happening? I thought the data is sent weekly?

CSI Works Support Team: To troubleshoot this issue first login to your Clover.com and navigate to Tobacco Scan Data service. You'll see reporting dashboard which will show you the status of weekly transmissions.
Please note, Altria rejects data if it has missing information like fields with nothing in it. Altria calls this blank core fields error. If data is sent with blank fields the file is rejected and later Altria will inform you that data is missing and never been sent. The way to resolve this is to fix all the errors and re-transmit the file. We've put together this detailed video showing how to do just that.
